Combat Corner 6oz Amateur MMA Gloves

I bought these gloves to prepare for amateur MMA. These gloves don’t have the same padding as MMA training gloves for two reasons:

• The padding is smaller and not as thick on these MMA gloves compared to the nice big pad you get on a training glove. You get individual finger movement with these gloves.
• The padding is harder. With training gloves you get a nice soft bad, where these MMA gloves have much harder padding, comparable to what you would use an in amateur fight.

I wouldn’t recommend using these gloves for training unless you’re in an ammy fight camp. The padding is pretty minimal, so you would have to pull your punches quite a bit more vs using training gloves.

These gloves offer great protection, and have a double wrist strap for added support.

As with most Combat Corner gear, these gloves are very high quality. Great material, and have lasted me through years of sparring.
